I want to help you heal, grow, and thrive in your life. I know you are tired of being in pain and want the stress (and the ways it's impacting your life) to end. I want that for you, too. I believe each person has inner strengths and resources, but we sometimes lose touch with them. I want to help you reconnect with those strengths, build new strategies that work in your life, as well as increase your resilience and find ways to thrive.
 
Whether you are wanting to work on disordered eating and body image, past or recent trauma, difficulties with mood, a stressful relationship, or general life stress and change, I want to offer you the chance you deserve to move forward the way you'd like. My therapy practice is focused on compassion and mindfulness, as well as using ART.

I offer individual therapy and specialize in treating trauma of all kinds, anxiety and eating disorders. I am master level trained and certified in ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), which can be utilized to treat many issues.
